2024 NBCHS Writing and Design Contest hosted by Vikings Speak (NBCHS Magazine Club)

 

Contest Period: February 05th - March 3rd, 2024

Eligibility: Any current NBCHS student

Purpose: To engage with the NBCHS students keen to express their gifted talents to our NBCHS families through the 2024 Spring-Summer Edition.

 

Sponsorship: 

Sponsorship from the local business in our Battleford Community (in exchange for advertising their business) 

🎥North Battleford Magic Lantern Theatres Capitol Theatre: $300 of movie tickets

⚽ Battlefords Youth Soccer Inc: $500 monetary fund

Comment: Despite numerous challenges, opening another contest for the second time in a row was truly meaningful. Particularly, seeing the student's artwork in the newly added design contest was delightful.  We hope to provide more opportunities and stages to express their ideas and creativity in the future!
